THE ZONE / CONAThe last album THE ZONE introduces, besides forceful steely rhythms, not yet heard sounds of which their intensity and uncommonness announce the sound of the future. Urban tribe The Stroy to this album remains devoted to explicitly physical and material music, their self made instruments, built with wasted parts of machines. Their sound, still driven by a destroying rhythm section, on the new album surprises with wind instruments subtlety, passionate vocals and dramatic sound of steely strings. The Stroy now and then sounds like drum'n'bass, ethnic or jazz, but its power, passion and primal sound easily convince us that the story is really about an uncompromising tribe with cause, transforming noise to full-blooded music of universal format. Music for lovers of delicate fare, album for collectors. Cover made of steel, spiral binding and a booklet (36 pages). Steely cover are on purpose not protected against corrosion, as rust is a partial component of The Stroy's creation. Printed part of the cover is plasticized, the disk lays in a carton pocket.

GREMO! (LET'S GO!)The second album, brought out in 2002, represents a big step forward in terms of musical and conteptual evolution of the tribe. Each composition is a selfsupporting, striking and direct sonic story, told in its unique musical language. GREMO! features Dejan Požegar on vocal and BAST collective in the final remix. All compositions were produced by Aldo Ivančič.

VENTILATOROn the first album, recorded in 1999, The Stroy researches basic urban rhythms, performed mainly on plastic containers and draws the field of its coming endeavours. Killing rhythms and expressive screaming of the album VENTILATOR would even make a dead man dance, if his walkman batteries were not yet empty. VENTILATOR also features Siniša Hranjec on electric guitar and Nikola Sekulovič on bass. All compositions were produced by Aldo Ivančič.

THE STROY UNPLUGGED AT JURE LONGYKA RADIO SHOWIn October 2003 The Stroy appeared in studio 26 on the national Jure Longyka's radio show »Izštekani«, where some of compositions were exclussively performed with the guitarist Igor Leonardi.
